What is S P I K Y J U M P E R ©?

S P I K Y J U M P E R © is me, Jake Peet. Since I was 4, when my Father bought my first Kodak 126 camera, I've been passionate about taking pictures. Spiky, later lengthened to Spikyjumper, was a nick name in those days. When looking for an identity for my photography, it seemed appropriate.

I strive to create portraits, studies and reportage of people at their best – relaxed, happy and natural. I show people 'how they are', not contrived, not uncomfortable. Real photographs of real people how they really are.
